The equipment of Cellular Reprogramming Laboratory is invested by Vietnam National University of Hochiminh City (VNU-HCM) under grant number “1227/QĐ-ĐHQG-KHCN” (7 billions VNĐ), by Ministry of Science & Technology under grant number “ĐTĐL.CN-49/16” (2.3 billions VNĐ), and grant number ” 1330/QĐ-ĐHQG” by Vietnam National University of Hochiminh City (30 billions VNĐ) .

Our laboratory has invested 3 micromanipulator systems including Piezo Driver System can be used for ICSI, ROSI, nuclear transfer and ES cell injection into embryos as well as other researchs in transgenic animals, cloning animals, chimeric animals and cell applications.

Mouse Facilities

Mouse facilities of Cellular Reprogramming Laboratory was established in 2014  that meet international standards of Science-based guidelines for laboratory animal care and the guidelines of Internationnal University – Vietnam National University of Hochiminh City. The mouse provides a valuable platform for studies of assisted reproductive technology, mechanisms of somatic cell reprogramming, stem cell biology and developmental biology.  The mouse facilities was operated by Cellular Reprogramming Laboratory, International University provides the technology and CRL members to enable the humane, hygienic, and efficient handling. Our mouse room has the capacity to handle and care for up to 1.000 mice.

Experimental Cows Farm

The experimental cows farm of cellular reprogramming laboratory (CRL cows farm) was private form and establsihed in 2013 as the central embryo transfer station. The CRL cows farm is located at Binh Ba, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provine (65 Km from International University). The aim of this cows farm was used for embryo transfer in order to produce cloned beef cattle and researchs on transgenic animals and pharming. The CRL cows farm is 3 hectares with 3 cow-house (800m2/cowhouse)  in an area of 5.000 square meters. The CRP cows farm has the capacity to handle and care for up to 150 cows for embryos transfer experiments.
